Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a DC Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, loading, unloading, picking and palletizing.

You will schedule work, monitor attendance and productivity, enforce safety rules, maintain equipment, and coordinate with the warehouse and operations teams to meet cut-off times and distribution goals nationwide. This role requires 1–3 years in a warehouse setting and associates degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years warehouse or distribution center experience.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Bi-Lingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily work schedules of warehouse staff (shipping, receiving, loading/unloading trucks, stacking, picking, palletizing).
• Determines space requirements and schedules delivery to meet objectives.
• Ensures equipment and company vehicles are maintained and safety rules are enforced.
• Monitors attendance, productivity and performance; provides counseling as required.
• Coordinates with warehouse/operations manager and other supervisors regarding shipments and cut-off times.
