Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations at our distribution center in the United States. You will supervise daily work schedules, coordinate shipments, monitor attendance and productivity, and ensure safety and compliance with all laws and company rules.

The role requires 1–3 years of warehouse experience and an associate degree or equivalent. Bi-lingual skills are preferred; the ideal candidate will lead a diverse team and drive efficient

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily work schedules of warehouse staff (shipping, receiving, loading/unloading trucks, stacking, picking and palletizing).
• Determines space requirements and schedules delivery to meet distribution objectives.
• Maintains equipment and enforces safety rules and hazardous materials handling procedures.
• Monitors attendance, productivity, and performance, providing counseling as needed.
• Coordinates with warehouse/operations manager and supervisors on shipments and cut-off times.
• Maintains records and reports (lost sales, error, production).
• Recommends procedural changes to improve unit efficiency.
