Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of warehouse or logistics experience.
• Experience supervising staff is strongly preferred.
• Forklift operation certification or ability to obtain certification is required or encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation, staging, and loading of outbound shipments.
• Verify shipping orders, documentation, and customer requirements.
• Ensure bills of lading, shipping labels, and carrier paperwork are accurate and timely.
• Coordinate daily shipping schedules with Production, Logistics, and Customer Service teams.
• Supervise receiving, storage, and movement of materials and finished goods.
• Maintain proper labeling and storage per company standards.
• Perform regular inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain organized warehouse and efficient layout.
• Maintain accurate shipment and inventory records and generate reports as needed.
