• Coordinate daily shipping schedules with Production, Logistics, and Customer Service teams.
• Supervise receiving, storage, and movement of materials and finished goods.
• Ensure products are properly identified, labeled, and stored according to company standards.
• Conduct regular inventory checks, cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and efficient layout.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, transfers, and inventory adjustments.
• Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports as required.

The Shipping/Warehouse Supervisor Designate oversees all warehouse and shipping activities to ensure accurate inventory, efficient workflow, and timely movement of finished goods.
