Job summary

Country Pure Foods seeks a Shipping/Warehouse Supervisor for the 2nd shift (6pm–6am) in DeLand, FL, on a 2-2-3 schedule. You will lead warehouse staff, coordinate shipments, and uphold safety and compliance standards to keep finished goods moving efficiently.

The role requires 2–3 years of warehouse or logistics experience, supervisory ability, and a high school diploma. Forklift certification is preferred or obtainable. This position is full-time and on-site.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with forklift operation and certification (or ability to obtain).
• 2–3 years of warehouse or logistics experience; supervisory experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation, staging, and loading of outbound shipments.
• Verify shipping orders, documentation, and customer requirements.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of bills of lading, shipping labels, and carrier paperwork.
• Coordinate daily shipping schedules with Production, Logistics, and Customer Service teams.
• Supervise receiving, storage, and movement of materials and finished goods.
• Ensure products are properly identified, labeled, and stored according to company standards.
• Conduct regular inventory checks, cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and efficient layout.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, transfers, and inventory adjustments.
• Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports as required.
