Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse inventory and staff.
• Assist Warehouse Manager with hiring and training of new employees.
• Schedule and supervise warehouse staff.
• Conduct performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
• Receive and record new inventory; inspect and store per policy.
• Perform physical inventory and reconcile differences.
• Replenish stock and ensure proper storage locations.
• Coordinate transfers of inventory between departments and to trucks.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve warehouse efficiency.
• Monitor expenditures and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Enforce operating instructions and safety policies.
• Resolve routine equipment issues.
