Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workflow on juice production lines.
• Provide timely performance evaluations.
• Conduct shift transition meetings for communication.
• Maximize efficiencies by minimizing downtime.
• Print and distribute production schedules to operators.
• Ensure GMP compliance and HACCP readiness.
• Train, motivate, and enforce safety and quality checks.
• Coach and mentor development employees.
• Oversee sanitation and Warehouse Management System processes.
• Perform CIP and piping connections.
• Review HACCP documents and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide back-up support for other lines during peak periods.
• Perform other related duties as required.
