The role requires coordinating with the Operations leadership to optimize workflow, drive on-time deliveries, and cross-train employees for peak performance. Requires a high school diploma and 2+ years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations to ensure smooth, efficient performance.
• Supervise staff; provide work direction, training and development.
• Manage inbound/outbound shipments and verify product inventory.
• Maintain vehicles and facilities; coordinate repairs and upkeep.
• Handle recruiting, scheduling, time cards and safety compliance.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and rotate stock as needed.
