Job summary

• Supervise warehouse staff and coach for safe, productive work.
• Ensure OSHA safety standards and compliance.
• Plan daily work flow from receiving to shipping.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and KPI reporting.
• Coordinate staffing, training, and performance evaluations.
• Back up Warehouse Operations Manager as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety in warehouse.
