Job summary

K&M Tire is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee operations at the Fort Wayne location, ensuring on-time, accurate deliveries and efficient warehouse performance.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining vehicles, handling hiring and shift coordination, and communicating with the team to meet company goals. A high school diploma and 2+ years supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years supervisor experience or equivalent education.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive any of our delivery vehicles.
• Ability to lift 75–100 lbs. continuously.

Responsibilities

• Uphold mission, vision and values.
• Own and manage the warehouse operations.
• Ensure correct and timely delivery of tires.
• Supervise and develop staff; schedule and train.
• Maintain vehicles and building; keep grounds in good condition.
• Recruit, staff, schedule, and conduct time cards and evaluations.
• Resolve conflicts using company values as guide.
• Communicate with employees and report issues to supervisor or VP of Operations.
• Verify incoming product and place in designated locations.
• Pull and load outgoing product onto trucks and ensure inventory accuracy.
