Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years supervisor experience or equivalent education preferred.
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs and operate in a physically active warehouse environment.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive company delivery vehicles required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Warehouse Manager to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Supervise and train staff; motivate and develop team members.
• Communicate with employees and other departments to keep deliveries on time and accurate.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and chart/racking changes as needed.
• Assist in recruiting, scheduling, and safety in the warehouse.
• Cross-train employees and cover duties during absences or peak periods.
• Report issues to supervisor and help improve warehouse processes.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse and facilities.
