Job summary

Responsibilities include staffing reviews, performance evaluations, and coaching employees, while collaborating with HR and Training to develop team capabilities and maintain compliance with procedures and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising distribution center staff.
• Understanding of inventory accounting.
• Knowledge of inbound or outbound functions within a DC.

Responsibilities

• Reviews WMS reports and notifies WMS personnel of failures.
• Uses SOPs to resolve problems and communicates with Inbound/Outbound Manager.
• Reviews staffing plans and conducts staffing reviews with the manager.
• Plans daily production goals.
• Conducts annual employee reviews and merit increases.
