Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two+ years of proven leadership or warehouse supervisory experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and communication skills; WMS proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, coach, and motivate warehouse associates; monitor performance and attendance.
• Coordinate picking, packing, and shipping to meet deadlines with accuracy.
• Perform quality inspections on outgoing orders for accuracy.
• Enforce safety protocols, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and report KPIs to management.
• Assist in recruitment, hiring, and performance reviews; perform other duties.
