The role emphasizes safety, process adherence, and cross-functional coordination with retail, event, and operations teams to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of warehouse, logistics, distribution, or retail fulfillment experience.
• Previous experience leading or directing warehouse employees preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment.
• Basic computer and inventory-system skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to communicate clear and work effectively with team members.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily work assignments for warehouse associates based on volume, priorities, and shipping deadlines.
• Oversee receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, staging, loading, and shipping activities.
• Monitor workflow throughout the day and adjust staffing and priorities as business needs change.
• Ensure orders and transfers are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Serve as the primary point of escalation for day-to-day warehouse operational issues.
