Job summary

RXinsider LTD. seeks an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and distribution activities in Tempe, AZ. You will lead a team, optimize dispatches, manage inventory using WMS/PKMS, and enforce safety protocols to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, monitor performance, and drive continuous efficiency while upholding company standards and safety culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or supervisory roles within retail or warehouse environments.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and dispatching software.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and emergency response procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse and distribution operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Manage and lead a team of employees, including scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.
• Oversee dispatching activities to optimize delivery routes and schedules, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and PKMS to monitor inventory levels, track shipments, and maintain accurate records.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety training sessions to promote a safe working environment.
• Develop and execute emergency response plans to address operational disruptions or incidents promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement best practices.
• Monitor employee performance metrics and provide coaching to enhance productivity and engagement.
