Job summary

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex operational challenges, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions.
• Evaluate warehouse performance, processes, and data to identify opportunities for efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide on-site operational leadership and support across multiple warehouse facilities.
• Learn and leverage WMS and other technologies to troubleshoot issues and improve operations.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and implement scalable operational practices.
• Collaborate with facility leaders and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and meet business objectives.
• Support new customer implementations, facility transitions, and operational projects.
• Make sound, independent decisions in fast-paced environments with competing priorities.
• Coach and support warehouse leaders to strengthen problem-solving, accountability, and performance.
