NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a skilled and energetic Warehouse Equipment Operator to join our growing team. The role involves loading, unloading, stacking, and staging product using power equipment, plus receiving, putaway, picking, and loading for shipments.

You must meet the physical demands (standing/walking, lifting 25–50 pounds), and operate forklifts/pallet jacks safely in a fast-paced warehouse with OSHA compliance. The job emphasizes accuracy and safety.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months prior work experience is a plus.
• Prior Powered Industrial Equipment preferred.
• Able to speak clearly and listen attentively.
• Capable of recognizing and distinguishing letters and numbers and remembering their sequence; basic math skills.
• Should have basic computer usage skills.

Mansioni

• Load, unload, move, stack and stage product using power equipment.
• Receive/Putaway inbound shipments and store product properly.
• Pull and prepare product for shipment (order picking).
• Load product into trailers or containers.
• Ensure inbound/outbound shipments are accurate and undamaged; report variances.
