Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to stand, walk, squat, and climb for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and documentation.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in using warehouse management software and RF scanners.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with team members.
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and punctuality.
• Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with diverse colleagues.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, label, and store incoming shipments, verifying accuracy and inspecting for damage.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to company standards and schedule.
• Organize and store inventory in designated areas using warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts.
• Perform regular inventory counts and update records to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Scan barcodes and use inventory management software to track products and verify order accuracy.
• Load and unload delivery trucks, ensuring safe stacking and securing of items.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by sweeping, organizing shelves, and removing debris.
• Inspect warehouse equipment and report maintenance needs to ensure operational readiness.
• Prepare shipping labels, documentation, and invoices for outgoing orders.
• Follow all company safety protocols and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Record exact arrival and departure times for shipments and complete daily logs and reports.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, vendors, and customers to coordinate tasks
• Assist in training new warehouse associates on safety procedures and equipment operation
