You will handle packing, labeling, stock checks, and equipment operation like forklifts and RF scanners, ensuring safety and timely delivery. This role requires physical stamina and a strong work ethic in a team setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and stay active.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic math for counting and verification.
• Good communication and teamwork for collaboration.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work shifts including evenings/nights/weekends.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience with forklift, WMS, RF equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, label, and ship orders accurately according to customer specifications and schedules.
• Receive, inspect, unload, label, and store incoming inventory following established warehouse procedures.
• Verify deliveries against purchase orders and invoices for accuracy.
• Load and unload trucks while maintaining product integrity and safety standards.
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance on warehouse vehicles and report repairs.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy.
• Update inventory records using warehouse management systems and maintain documentation.
• Report discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Restock shelves and organize warehouse space for efficiency.
• Keep areas clean, organized and compliant with safety protocols.
• Coordinate with team to meet daily production targets.
