Job summary

QXO is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to support daily inventory flow—loading, unloading, receiving, storing, and distributing materials. You will operate a forklift or pallet jack safely, perform cycle counts and verify stock integrity while reporting issues to supervision.

The role requires standing up to 12 hours and lifting up to 50 pounds, with other duties as assigned. Minimum age 18, valid license if driving is needed, and basic math and handheld scanner proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license if operating a vehicle for the company.
• Ability to use a handheld scanning unit.
• Compute basic math problems.
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment.
• Forklift certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, receive, store and distribute inventory.
• Safely operate a forklift and/or pallet jack.
• Cycle count inventory and report wear or defects.
• Ensure loads are secured to minimize damage.
• Stand for up to 12 hours and perform heavy lifting as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
