Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support shipping and receiving operations. You will handle loading/unloading, packing, data entry, and inventory tasks under supervision.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, basic math, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong organizational skills and clear communication are valued to maintain safe, efficient stock areas. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with up to 2 years of related experience.
• May require forklift, aerial lift, or power pallet jack certification.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to follow work routines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and unloading merchandise from trucks.
• Pack/unpack shipments, process, scan, shelve parts, pull orders, and enter data.
• Keep work area clean and safe; sweep/mop floors.
• Assist with maintenance including light painting, carpentry and tool repairs.
• Maintain stockroom/storage areas and optimize space usage.
• Label materials according to procedures.
• Audit warehouse inventory with physical checks to ensure accuracy.
• Follow defined procedures with limited discretion.
• Deliver output by following procedures under supervision.
