Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support shipping and receiving, inventory control, and order processing in our warehouse. You will assist with loading/unloading, packing/unpacking, and data entry into inventory systems.

This on-site role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork. Candidates should have a high school diploma, basic math skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; forklift certification may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of related experience.
• May require forklift, aerial lift, or power pallet jack certification.
• Physical ability to lift at least 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and unloading merchandise from cars or trucks.
• Pack and unpack shipments, scan and shelve parts, and enter data into inventory systems.
• Maintain clean, safe working environments including sweeping and mopping floors.
• Support general maintenance and basic repairs of tools as needed.
• Maintain stockroom and storage areas, merge stock to optimize space usage.
• Label materials and audit inventory reports with physical checks.
• Follow defined procedures to deliver outputs under supervision.
