SanMar Corp. is seeking a Production II associate in Minnesota to perform warehouse tasks including fast-paced picking, restocking, and order auditing. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to follow directions in a high-volume environment.

You will operate a voice/RF unit, inspect orders, and ensure timely invoicing and shipping while adhering to safety and policy standards. Overtime may be required.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience supporting warehouse activities.
• Ability to read, write and identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information.
• Basic math skills in counting and quantity required.
• Demonstrated ability to follow directions and adapt to changing priorities or job duties.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environment while meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Strong attention to details.
• Regular and prompt attendance.
• Overtime may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Pick product from designated locations and place into cartons on a pre-built pick cart or into totes as directed by the hand-scanner.
• Restock product into designated locations.
• Inspect and audit outbound customer orders for accuracy and compliance, seal orders, and direct all completed orders to be invoiced and shipped.
• Operate a voice or RF unit.
• Check out equipment and return it in same condition.
• Meet minimum production and accuracy standards and delivery deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and standards.
