SanMar-Internal is seeking a Production II associate for duties including restocking, order audit, and order picking. You will efficiently select items, audit orders for accuracy, and use voice/RF devices to process shipments.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse, and reliable attendance with possible overtime. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with 1–3 years of warehouse experience highly regarded.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience supporting warehouse activities.
• Ability to read, write and identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information.
• Basic math skills for counting and quantity.
• Ability to follow directions and adjust priorities as needed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Regular and prompt attendance.
• Overtime may be required as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Pick product quickly and accurately from designated locations and place into cartons or totes as directed by the hand-scanner.
• Inspect and audit outbound orders for accuracy, seal orders, and direct completion for invoicing and shipping.
• Operate a voice or RF unit to assist in order processing.
• Check out equipment and return it in good condition.
• Meet minimum production and accuracy standards and delivery deadlines.
