Job summary

SanMar is hiring a Production II associate to support warehouse operations in picking, restocking, and auditing customer orders. You will use hand-scanners and RF devices to ensure accuracy, seal orders, and route them for invoicing and shipping.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to read labels and SKUs, and comfort working in a fast-paced setting with deadlines. Regular attendance and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of warehouse experience.
• Ability to read, write, and identify colors, sizes, quantities, labels and SKUs.
• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to follow directions and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick products quickly and accurately from designated locations into cartons or totes.
• Restock products to designated locations.
• Audit outbound orders for accuracy and compliance, seal, and direct for invoicing and shipping.
• Operate a voice or RF unit.
• Check out equipment and return it in good condition.
• Meet minimum production and accuracy standards and deadlines.
