Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company is seeking a Warehouse/Receiving Associate in Minnesota to receive and ship materials in alignment with production schedules. You will move materials on the shop floor, verify items, and ensure accurate inventory records.

Responsibilities include picking and staging parts, updating the M2M system, and communicating shortages to keep schedules on track. The role requires forklift operation, attention to detail, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience using a computer for inventory and receiving tasks.
• Ability to learn vendor shipping software (UPS and FedEx).
• Ability to operate forklift and other small equipment.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials and verify against Purchase Order.
• Enter information for receipt of shipments and update inventory in M2M.
• Move materials to correct locations; ensure proper identification.
• Pick materials and position them to support production schedule.
• Issue material from Pick List to jobs in M2M after pulling inventory.
• Notify team of potential shortages affecting shipping schedule.
• Perform routine cycle counts as requested.
• Monitor production/shipping status and adapt to issues.
• Ship parts orders to fulfill customer requirements.
