SanMar is seeking a Production II associate to perform warehouse duties including picking, restocking, and order auditing. You will use a voice or RF unit to locate and assemble items, inspect orders for accuracy, and ensure timely shipment.

Candidates should have 1–3 years of warehouse experience, good reading/writing skills, color/size identification, basic math, and the ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Attendance and teamwork are essential.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience supporting warehouse activities.
• Ability to read, write and have sufficient ability to identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information.
• Basic math skills in counting and quantity required.
• Demonstrated ability to follow directions and change priorities or job duties as business needs require.

Responsabilidades

• Pick product from designated locations and place into cartons or totes as directed by the hand-scanner.
• Restock product into designated locations.
• Inspect and audit outbound customer orders for accuracy and compliance, seal orders, and direct all completed orders to be invoiced and shipped.
• Operate a voice or RF unit.
• Check out equipment and return it in the same condition.
• Meet minimum production and accuracy standards and delivery deadlines.
