Job summary

SanMar is seeking a Production II associate for the DC Tier 3 shift in Shakopee, MN. You will pick orders, restock, audit outbound orders, seal shipments, and operate a voice or RF unit to ensure accurate and timely processing.

The role requires 1–3 years of warehouse experience, a high school diploma or equivalent preferred, and strong attention to detail with the ability to follow directions in a fast-paced environment. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of warehouse experience.
• Ability to read, write and identify colors, sizes, quantities, labels and SKUs.
• Basic math skills for counting and quantities.

Responsibilities

• Pick products quickly and accurately from designated locations and place into cartons or totes.
• Restock products to designated locations.
• Inspect and audit outbound orders for accuracy and compliance; seal and route for invoicing and shipping.
• Operate a voice or RF unit.
• Check out equipment and return it in good condition.
• Meet minimum production and accuracy standards and deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned; comply with policies.
