Job summary

Associated Milk Producers Inc. (AMPI) in Blair, WI is seeking a seasoned manager to direct warehouse operations and planning.

The role focuses on optimizing capacity, developing the Master Production Schedule, and coordinating raw materials, WIP, and finished goods to maximize output while controlling costs. The ideal candidate will have dairy/food production experience, supervisory capabilities, and ERP familiarity (JDE/Oracle).

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level education in manufacturing or related field with strong leadership skills.
• Experience in dairy or food production and supervisory roles is expected.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably JDE or Oracle, required.
• Proven ability to manage warehouse, shipping, receiving and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all warehouse operations and optimize capacity and floor utilization.
• Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule for assigned value streams.
• Plan raw materials, WIP and finished goods to support pull systems.
• Audit equipment and processes for effectiveness; drive corrective actions.
• Monitor schedule adherence and plan attainment; manage safety and quality systems.
• Build strong relationships with brand owner leadership teams to drive accountability.
