Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or trade certificate in a related field preferred.
• Five+ years of maintenance/repair experience.
• CMMS maintenance experience highly desirable.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs and OSHA desirable.
• Able to read blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain inventory of parts and tools; stock to minimize downtime.
• Prepare purchase orders, receive and store merchandise.
• Collaborate with mechanics to receive parts for repairs.
• Coordinate with maintenance and operations planning for timely service.
• Improve shop efficiency using 5S principles.
• Manage access to tools and parts for plant operations.
• Work with contractors to develop service agreements and quotes.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental programs.
