Qualifications

Five+ years in warehouse/distribution with supervisory experience.
Experience leading safe, accurate warehouse operations and ERP implementations.
Familiarity with Oracle ERP and warehouse-management systems.

Responsibilities

Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping.
Coordinate domestic and international shipments and prepare documentation.
Plan staffing and resources to meet production and shipment commitments.
Train and develop employees, provide feedback and address performance concerns.
Oversee ERP transactions, data quality, and lead Oracle implementation activities.
Maintain inventory accuracy via cycle counts and physical inventories.
