Job summary

Edward Don & Company is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, and to ensure health and safety standards are met. You will secure the building and stock, optimize warehouse layout, and coordinate with teams to meet productivity targets using Macola and related systems.

The role requires 2–5 years in warehouse management, knowledge of warehouse management platforms, and the ability to manage a team, with forklift certification a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred: Associate or Bachelor’s in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management.
• 2–5 years in supply chain/warehouse management.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management platforms and inventory systems.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily processing of purchase orders to ensure timely workflows.
• Ensure goods are stored and dispatched within prescribed timeframes.
• Manage receiving, inventory control, and returns processes.
• Train and supervise staff, resolve shipment and inventory issues.
• Maintain equipment and oversee safe, efficient warehouse operations.
