Job summary

Donaldson in Stilwell, OK is seeking a Warehouse Operations & Systems Supervisor to lead safe, accurate, and efficient warehouse, shipping, receiving, and inventory control, while directing ERP implementation and process improvement. You will ensure transactions, receipts, transfers, and shipments are completed on time and accurately.

Responsibilities include planning staffing, coaching employees, maintaining inventory accuracy, and leading cross‑functional efforts to meet production schedules

Qualifications

• Five or more years in warehouse, distribution, materials, or manufacturing operations, with at least two years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control, material flow, cycle counting, and safety practices.
• Ability to plan, train, coach, and develop employees in a collaborative environment.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP or warehouse-management systems; Oracle experience preferred.
• Strong planning, organization, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, storage, replenishment, picking, and shipping.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments and ensure documentation compliance.
• Plan staffing, assign work, and train staff to meet production schedules and shipments.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and physical inventories; investigate discrepancies.
• Lead Oracle ERP implementation activities, training, and data discipline for warehouse processes.
• Develop KPIs and reports for safety, delivery, accuracy, productivity, and cost.
• Improve layout, material flow, and slotting via 5S and Lean practices.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and quality documentation.
