Job summary

CTDI is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor in Lawrence, MA to manage inbound and outbound warehouse operations. You will supervise a team, ensure accuracy, train staff, and drive process improvements while maintaining safety and compliance with customer requirements.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in warehousing, 3+ years of supervisory experience, a BS in Business Management, and strong MS Office skills to prepare reports and analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team responsible for shipping, receiving, and inventory processes.
• Maintain customer compliance requirements for accuracy and processing times.
• Train employees on procedures and ensure adherence.
• Coach and motivate staff to meet expectations.
• Maintain attendance records and enforce policy; prepare corrective actions.
• Provide performance feedback and report findings to management.
• Prepare and analyze various customer and internal reports.
• Develop action plans to improve processes while ensuring quality.
• Oversee usage controls and adjust as needed.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Research orders and report results to customers.
• Support safety programs and OSHA/state laws compliance.
• Ensure building security requirements are met.
