Job summary

Atkore is seeking a Warehouse Manager at our Hobart, IN site to lead distribution, warehousing and fulfillment operations around three shifts. You will drive safety, quality, delivery and cost performance while building standard work and lean practices across the team.

The role requires a minimum 10 years in warehouse/logistics with 7 years in management, plus a bachelor’s degree; MBA is preferred. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and mentor staff toward continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of warehouse and logistics experience, with 7 years in management.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Experience with unionized workforce and budget responsibility of $12-15MM.
• Lean and Six Sigma experience or certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily distribution, warehousing, and fulfillment across three shifts.
• Maintain safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Develop standard work and drive cost reductions.
• Create and manage DC KPIs.
• Lead Kaizen and Lean initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Manage warehouse workforce and performance development.
• Improve Commercial Metrics and on-time delivery.
