Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of warehouse and logistics experience, with 7 years at the management level.
- 5-7 years of experience managing a Warehouse facility with budget responsibility of $12-15MM.
- Experience with lean manufacturing or business system-based company is desired.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day distribution, warehousing, and fulfillment operations across multiple shifts.
- Maintain safety, quality, delivery, and cost standards in the warehouse.
- Drive standard work and cost reduction initiatives.
- Create, implement, and monitor warehouse KPI’s.
- Lead Kaizen and Lean initiatives with cross-functional teams.
- Investigate service failures and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and manage warehouse, inventory, and transportation workforce, including performance coaching.
- Improve commercial metrics and On-Time Delivery performance.
