Job summary

ENTEK in Terre Haute, Indiana is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead all warehousing activities and support a 24/7 manufacturing operation. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years of warehouse, distribution, or supply chain experience.
• Minimum three (3) years of warehouse leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience managing warehouse operations in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP inventory management systems.
• Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead all warehouse operations, including receiving, warehousing, inventory control, shipping, distribution, and material handling.
• Develop warehouse strategies that improve inventory accuracy, material flow, productivity, and space utilization.
• Establish and maintain warehouse operating procedures, standardized work, and best practices.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counting programs, physical inventories, and effective inventory controls.
• Direct warehouse staffing, scheduling, labor planning, and workload prioritization.
• Oversee material movements and ensure accurate ERP inventory transactions.
• Maintain warehouse security and proper storage practices for materials and goods.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
