Job summary

Rio Las Vegas is seeking a Warehouse Operations Leader to oversee receiving, storage, staging and internal delivery across the property, ensuring staffing coverage and dock efficiency.

You will lead the Warehouse Lead and Business Center Manager, enforce safety and quality standards, manage union relations under the CBA, and collaborate with Purchasing, Finance and Security to sustain service levels.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of progressively responsible experience in warehouse, receiving, distribution or supply chain operations.
• Three or more years of supervisory or management experience in a high-volume operating environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of receiving, storage, internal distribution, inventory controls, safety and loss-prevention practices.
• Proven ability to lead hourly employees, manage schedules, address performance issues and sustain service standards.
• Strong organization, analytical problem-solving, conflict-resolution and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work a variable schedule and respond to urgent operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily receiving, storage, staging and internal delivery activity.
• Establish dock schedules, service levels and escalation protocols.
• Maintain staff coverage and resolve issues promptly.
• Lead the Warehouse Lead and Business Center Manager; set priorities and expectations.
• Apply the collective bargaining agreement and maintain union relations.
• Ensure item-level traceability, reconciliations and root-cause analyses.
