Job summary

EngineQuest is seeking a Warehouse Lead in Las Vegas to support shipping/receiving, inventory tracking, and kit assembly. You will ensure accurate processing of inbound/outbound shipments and maintain inventory data to meet customer expectations.

The role requires supervising warehouse staff, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and following established procedures. The position is non-exempt and reports to the Executive Vice President. High school diploma required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience supervising warehouse staff and assembly personnel.
• Strong inventory control and cycle counts.
• Ability to read purchase orders and process shipments.
• Proficient with warehouse computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervises warehouse staff and assembly shop personnel.
• Receives outbound order requests and packs for shipping.
• Operates UPS/FedEx and truck shipment systems.
• Performs inventory counts and reports monthly supplies.
• Identifies gaps in inventory processes and reports to management.
• Works in cross-functional teams and independently as needed.
