Essential Duties and Responsibilities Warehouse and Receiving Operations Direct daily receiving, storage, staging and internal delivery activity across the property. Establish delivery appointments, receiving cutoffs, dock schedules, service levels and escalation protocols. Control dock congestion, staging discipline, space utilization and the timely movement of products to internal customers. Confirm staffing and coverage plans so critical functions remain supported during absences, peak periods and operational disruptions. Maintain a consistent management presence at the loading dock and resolve service, supplier and interdepartmental issues promptly.

People and Labor Leadership Lead the Warehouse Lead and Business Center Manager; set clear priorities, accountabilities and performance expectations. Manage attendance, scheduling, productivity, conduct, coaching and corrective action in partnership with Human Resources and Labor Relations. Apply the collective bargaining agreement consistently and maintain productive union working relationships. Conduct daily huddles and reinforce safety, service, accuracy and accountability standards.

Receiving, Inventory and Traceability Controls Ensure goods are inspected, counted, documented, staged and routed accurately at receipt. Maintain item-level traceability for deliveries, discrepancies, damages, shortages, refusals, returns and high-value products. Partner with Inventory Control to investigate variances, complete timely reconciliation and address root causes. Protect segregation of duties: Purchasing owns buying and purchase-order execution; Warehouse Operations owns the physical receipt, custody and delivery of goods; Inventory Control independently verifies records and variances. Support No PO, No Pay controls by escalating unauthorized or noncompliant deliveries in accordance with approved procedures.

After-Hours and Exception Controls Own and enforce the after-hours receiving and warehouse-access SOP. Require documented authorization, Security verification or escort, and dual sign-in/sign-out when goods or inventory are accessed outside normal operating hours. Ensure item-level documentation for withdrawals, transfers and emergency deliveries, followed by next-business-day reconciliation. Track exceptions, identify recurring control failures and implement corrective actions.

Business Center Oversight Oversee package receipt, tracking, storage, notification and internal delivery through the Business Center Manager. Establish controls for urgent, high-value, sensitive and unclaimed packages. Align Business Center staffing, service levels and handoffs with Warehouse Operations to create one accountable inbound-logistics process.

Safety, Security and Compliance Maintain safe dock, warehouse, cooler, storage and equipment practices and address hazards immediately. Ensure compliance with applicable safety, food-handling, security and property requirements. Maintain SOPs, inspection records, incident documentation, access controls and corrective-action follow-up. Coordinate equipment, facility and maintenance needs that affect safe and reliable operations.

Strategy and Continuous Improvement Develop warehouse capacity, layout, labor, service and coverage strategies aligned with property needs. Use volume, labor, delivery, supplier and exception data to identify productivity and service improvements. Recommend workflow, technology, workspace and equipment investments supported by measurable operational value. Participate in supplier performance reviews and coordinate corrective actions with Purchasing. Lead approved warehouse transformation initiatives and document realized operational benefits.

Decision Authority Set daily priorities, work assignments, staffing coverage and dock schedules within approved policy and labor requirements. Escalate or refuse deliveries that present safety, security, documentation, capacity or compliance risks. Resolve routine delivery and service exceptions and recommend corrective action for repeated performance failures. Approve operational SOPs and controlled exceptions within delegated authority; elevate financial or policy exceptions to the Supply Chain Director.

Required Qualifications Five or more years of progressively responsible experience in warehouse, receiving, distribution or supply chain operations. Three or more years of supervisory or management experience in a high-volume operating environment. Demonstrated knowledge of receiving, storage, internal distribution, inventory controls, safety and loss-prevention practices. Proven ability to lead hourly employees, manage schedules, address performance issues and sustain service standards. Strong organization, analytical problem-solving, conflict-resolution and written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work a variable schedule and respond to urgent operational needs.

Preferred Qualifications Experience managing in a union environment and applying a collective bargaining agreement. Hospitality, gaming, resort, food and beverage or similarly complex property experience. Experience with MMS, Stratton Warren or a comparable purchasing, receiving or inventory platform. Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business or a related field; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.

Working Environment and Physical Requirements Work is performed in office, loading-dock, warehouse, storage and temperature-variable environments. The position requires regular movement throughout operational areas, extended periods of standing or walking, and the ability to respond to time-sensitive receiving and delivery issues. Schedule flexibility may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays and emergency response based on business needs.
