Job summary

Ships-A-Lot in Las Vegas seeks an experienced Warehouse General Manager to oversee daily operations, from receiving to shipping while maintaining safety and efficiency. This hands-on leader will guide staff, uphold performance standards, and collaborate with leadership to deliver reliable service to customers.

The role requires strong people management, a proactive approach to process improvements, and a readiness to step in during peak periods to ensure targets are met.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse/logistics operations.
• 2+ years supervising warehouse staff.
• Strong knowledge of receiving, inventory, and shipping operations.
• Experience with warehouse safety requirements and OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, staging, shipping, and inventory control.
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
• Monitor productivity, staffing levels, and adjust assignments as needed.
• Maintain organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
• Lead by example on the warehouse floor and foster accountability and teamwork.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement practical process improvements.
• Coordinate with leadership and other departments to ensure high-quality service.
