Job summary

Blueprint Studios in Las Vegas is seeking an Assistant Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations across shipping, receiving, production, and maintenance. You will partner with the Warehouse Manager and cross-functional teams including Floral, Trade Show, and Print to maintain readiness, inventory accuracy, and timely event delivery.

You will drive staffing, scheduling, training, and safety compliance while supporting performance metrics and effective communication across departments

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations across Shipping, Receiving, Production and Maintenance.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Manager and cross-functional leads to ensure readiness and on-time execution.
• Support development and enforcement of departmental goals, KPIs and workflow expectations.
• Oversee staffing, resource allocation, safety focus and workload distribution to maintain efficiency.
• Participate in performance evaluations, coaching, and employee development planning.
