Qualifications

• Five or more years of related experience with at least two years in a supervisory role.
• 3–5 years warehouse management and/or logistics management experience in a complex, service-driven organization.
• Experience in shipping/receiving is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures and functions.

Responsibilities

• Manages inbound, outbound, inventory control, and facility warehouse operations.
• Monitors, researches, and implements solutions regarding damaged, mis-shipped, or missing product.
• Assists in developing/adjusting policies and procedures for warehouse operations.
• Manages equipment needs and suggests investments for capital improvements.
• Ensures materials are rotated and stored properly.
• Maintains the cleanliness and orderliness of facilities.
• Leads and develops a high-performance supervisory team.
• Manages labor to meet business needs efficiently.
• Partners with HR to recruit and retain talent.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and implements proper solutions when needed.
• Maintains reports to understand operations state and areas for improvement.
• Performs duties per HACCP and SQF policies.
