• Experience leading facility operations and supervisory teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the activities of facility personnel.
• Hire, train, develop, and provide leadership to facility employees to meet operational needs.
• Develop and administer safe working environments in line with regulations.
• Oversee inventory control and ensure quality and quantity of inventory.
• Ensure compliance with USDA, FDA, and company requirements.]
• Coordinate with grain merchandising for timely, least-cost movement of grain.
• Monitor operations using data to support forecasting, planning and budgeting.
• Champion continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives in facility operations.
• Perform other tasks as directed by the supervisor.
