Job summary

Gentell is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations, optimizing storage, distribution and inventory management. The role requires strong leadership, a detail-oriented approach and the ability to drive process improvements across shifts and facilities.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in a supervisory warehouse role, proficiency with warehouse management software, and solid communication skills to coordinate with multiple departments and distribution

Qualifications

5+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting.
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to plan, prioritize and organize tasks.
Basic understanding of records, inventories, and routine documentation.
Thorough understanding of warehouse procedures and regulations.
Strong computer skills and ability to log, track, and report data using warehouse management software.

Responsibilities

Supervise all phases of warehouse operations including loading and material handling.
Arrange receipt of product from suppliers and contract manufacturers.
Oversee daily workflow of the warehouse shift; schedule and assign work to staff.
Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff.
Ensure compliance with safety policies and company procedures.
Oversee Pick & Pack operations and ensure timely order completion.
Maintain records and generate management reports.
Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and cost savings.
