Job summary

Generac channel partner is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations, optimize efficiency, and manage inventory control. The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and a detail-oriented approach to maintain accurate stock levels.

You will coordinate with suppliers and carriers, implement a warehouse management system, and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement in a dynamic distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and practices.
• Experience with QuickBooks.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
• Independent Generac channel partner, not Direct employment with Generac Power Systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity.
• Manage inventory control processes to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and carriers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Implement and maintain a warehouse management system to track inventory movement and improve overall operations.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement lean principles to eliminate waste and improve operational efficiency.
• Schedule Generator Maintenances with customers.
