Job summary

Gentell is seeking a highly organized Warehouse Manager/Delivery Driver to supervise all warehouse operations, manage deliveries, and deliver superior service to healthcare facilities. The role combines leadership of warehouse processes with hands-on driving responsibilities to ensure accurate, timely fulfillment of Gentell products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory experience
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Background/screening as per law
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Basic computer literacy and use of delivery/inventory systems
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Excellent organization, prioritization and time management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse/delivery environment
• Professional demeanor and integrity
• Preferred: experience with warehouse receiving, picking, packing, or inventory processes
• Preferred: 3+ years in delivery, warehouse, or customer-service roles

Responsibilities

• Supervise all warehouse operations, including loading and material handling.
• Coordinate product receipt from suppliers and contract manufacturers.
• Manage replenishment shipments to regional distribution facilities.
• Oversee shipments to distributors, hospitals and long-term care facilities.
• Lead daily warehouse shift workflow and assign tasks to staff.
• Hire, train, supervise, and appraise warehouse personnel.
• Ensure safety policies and compliance across operations.
• Maintain equipment and arrange preventive maintenance as needed.
• Oversee pick-and-pack activities and ensure timely orders.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize operations.
