Gentell in Ohio seeks a qualified Warehouse Manager/Delivery Driver to oversee all warehouse operations and ensure efficient storage, distribution, and inventory management of our wound care products. The role combines leadership, route delivery, and frontline customer service, requiring organization, reliability, and a commitment to safety.

Candidates should have 5+ years supervisory experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in a supervisory role.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Background screening per applicable law.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Basic computer literacy and use of delivery/inventory systems.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization and time-management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse and delivery environment.
• Professional demeanor and high personal integrity.
• Experience with warehouse receiving, picking, packing, or inventory is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise all phases of warehouse operations, including loading and material handling.
• Arrange receipt of product from suppliers and contract manufacturers.
• Manage replenishment shipments to regional distribution facilities.
• Oversee shipments to distributors, hospitals, and long-term care customers.
• Schedule and supervise warehouse staff and shift workflow.
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse employees.
• Ensure safety policies and housekeeping are followed.
• Maintain equipment and perform preventive maintenance.
• Unloading assistance as needed.
• Resolve employee relations issues.
• Oversee Pick & Pack associates and ensure timely orders.
• Deliver Gentell products via company routes and perform vehicle inspections.
• Secure loads and document deliveries.
• Record delivery logs, mileage, fuel usage.
• Report delivery problems or vehicle defects immediately.
• Maintain clean and organized company vehicle.
• Complete required logs and end-of-shift paperwork.
• Deliver products and documentation to customers accurately and on time.
• Transport products inside customer facilities when needed.
• Check stock levels and communicate replenishment needs.
• Build professional relationships with customer facility staff.
• Respond to questions and escalate issues to management.
• Communicate concerns or delays promptly to Gentell.
• Represent Gentell professionally in all interactions.
