Job summary

Dexian, a growing company, seeks a hands-on Warehouse Manager in the United States to oversee receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and day-to-day operations. You will lead a team of up to five warehouse associates and ensure accurate inventory and on-time customer shipments.

You will optimize workflows, monitor KPIs, coordinate with Purchasing and Production, and maintain a safe, organized warehouse. Experience with ERP/WMS (NetSuite preferred) and forklift certification is valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse/logistics roles with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of receiving, inventory control, cycle counting, and fulfillment.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems; NetSuite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and develop a small warehouse team.
• Oversee receiving, inventory replenishment, cycle counts, and accuracy.
• Ensure on-time order fulfillment and proper packing/shipping.
• Coordinate inventory transfers to support orders and production.
• Monitor inventory levels and partner with Purchasing.
• Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain safe, organized, and efficient warehouse operations.
• Track KPIs like inventory accuracy and shipping performance.
• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, Purchasing, Production, and Shipping.

Join a growing company as a hands-on Warehouse Manager overseeing receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and day-to-day warehouse operations. This role leads a team of up to five warehouse associates and plays a key role in ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient workflows, and on-time customer shipments.

What You'll Do

• Lead, train, and develop a small warehouse team.
• Manage receiving, inventory replenishment, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy.
• Oversee picking, packing, and shipping operations to ensure accurate, on-time order fulfillment.
• Coordinate inventory transfers and material movement to support customer orders and production needs.
• Monitor inventory levels and partner with Purchasing to address shortages and replenishment requirements.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure products are properly stored, labeled, and handled throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
• Track key performance metrics including inventory accuracy, productivity, order fulfillment, and shipping performance.
• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, Purchasing, Production, and Shipping teams to support business objectives.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or inventory management experience.
• Previous leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Strong knowledge of receiving, inventory control, cycle counting, replenishment, and fulfillment operations.
• Experience with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (NetSuite experience preferred).
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Forklift certification or ability to become certified preferred.
