Job summary

Target Specialty Products in Alabama seeks a Warehouse Manager to lead a team, optimize warehouse operations, and ensure on-time delivery. You will direct receiving, storage, fulfillment, packing, and shipping while maintaining inventory accuracy and safety compliance.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in warehouse ops management, 3+ years supervising multiple sites, and proven ability to implement process improvements and manage budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or related field.
• Must maintain regulatory permits, registrations, and licenses as required by state employment.
• 4+ years in warehouse or operations management, with 3+ years in a multi-site supervisory role.
• Proven experience in inventory control, order fulfillment, and staff supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse team and develop staff for high performance.
• Manage day-to-day operations: receiving, storage, order fulfillment, packing and shipping.
• Oversee inventory control, cycle counts, and loss prevention to ensure accuracy.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to reduce costs and boost productivity.
• Ensure safety, OSHA compliance, and proper maintenance of equipment; obtain licenses as needed.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and service providers for timely, cost-effective deliveries.
• Monitor budget and control costs while maintaining service standards.
• Collaborate with customer service to resolve availability and shipping issues.
